Let it be.

Saving the world, one bee at a time.

Let it Be is a theatrical production that combines lives performance and animation to share the story of a girl who wants to save the world, one bee at a time.

The story follows Bobi, a young woman with a big heart. Too big, some would say. When Bobi sees a story on the news about the mass extinction of bee populations, she sets out on a quest to save them all. Accompanied by her friend, Fig, they both learn hard lessons about what it means to care so much in a world where there is so much to care for.

  1. Bees matter

Let it Be East Brisbane Bowls Club 6:30 pm 14 May 2017

This was a really sweet story about Bobi wanting to save bees and Fig wanting to save her from heartache.

The venue itself was the home of Backbone Youth Arts, only a small room was used in the space.

The clever component of this play was the animation placement, on the screen or on their clothing and how they interacted with it.

Not much else to say, it was well done. The actors I felt maybe were not even acting but just being themselves who just wanted to share their plight with us.

Well I would like to think so !
